Australian employees can earn rewards like these through the AIA Vitality health and wellbeing program, a Fit for work + Fit for life initiative.

Under the program, new members start on a bronze status and are rewarded with points for making healthy choices like going to the gym or for a health screening, eating right or setting and following through on a physical activity target. Points can then be redeemed for lifestyle and travel rewards.
