Our annual Graduate of the Year Award recognises the exceptional achievements of our graduates, in engineering and other professional disciplines, as they close-out their two-year development program.
Nominations are now open and will close at 5pm AEST Friday 6 September 2019.
Nominees will be assessed for their leadership and commitment to learning, building their professional experiences, delivering outstanding outcomes and living our Principles.
Award categories
Eligibility
All nominees must be a second-year graduate participating in the CIMIC Group graduate program. Managers can nominate graduates, or graduates can self-nominate with their manager’s endorsement.

Selection process
Each operating company will select finalists from the nominations.
The Graduate of the Year Award Committee, comprised of six senior managers from across the Group, will review the finalists’ submissions and determine the overall Graduate of the Year winners.
Announcement of finalists and overall winners
Finalists will be announced in November and winners will receive their awards at the graduation evening on 3 December 2019.
