In my role at CIMIC, I’m often on the road travelling around our operations, meeting our clients and our teams of people delivering in field.
It is this part of my job that I love the most, because it involves experiencing firsthand how we’re contributing to our clients’ success, how our people are bringing innovation to their workplaces, and how they are growing and developing in their roles with the CIMIC Group.
Every day, across some 20 countries and 350 sites, we are working on projects that transform the way our communities live now and into the future.
We are accountable for delivering technically demanding, innovative work in diverse industries, providing our people with extraordinary experiences and the opportunity to shape the way our industries and societies evolve.
The common thread, no matter which country or project I visit, is that our people are passionate about making a difference, placing front and centre the wellbeing of those we work with and the communities we deliver for.
